Dreamer is everything we hoped for and more when we imported our Skyes from Finland—a Skye Terrier with elegance, strength, and efficiency. From the moment he set foot in the ring, it was clear he was something special. His movement is effortless with tremendous reach and drive, a perfect balance of power and grace that turns heads wherever he goes.

 

True to his breed, Dreamer is fiercely loyal, independent, and brimming with personality. He carries himself with the dignified air of a Skye Terrier, confident but never overbearing. At home, he loves to spend time with us of the couch and underfoot. Dreamer is low energy and low drive with a fair amount of food drive. 

 

His show career has been a "Grand Adventure". As a puppy, he jumped right into junior showmanship at 6 months old. At the Skye Terrier Club of America National Specialty we won Best Junior Handler, little did we know that was just the beginning. Dreamer went on to win Best Puppy in Sweepstakes at the Skye Terrier Specialty and a Puppy Group 4 at the Beverly Hills Terrier Specialty. Later that year he went Best of Breed over specials at the Palm Springs Dog Show securing his last major. At the end of his career Dreamer and I took on some of the best Junior handlers  the country, in 2020 dreamer didn't let me down. We finished #9 Skye Terrier Junior Handler in the country, qualifying again for AKC Nationals.
